🔒 Product Conditions
Products once sold cannot be returned.
Packed orders cannot be altered, exchanged, or modified.
COD orders may require verification via call / WhatsApp / SMS.
Gaushree holds the right to confirm or cancel COD orders at its discretion.
If verification fails, customer may be asked to place a prepaid order instead.
📦 Packaging, Unboxing & Damage Claims
We use standard industry-safe packaging for all orders.
Missing/damaged product claims must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
A proper full unboxing video (without cuts/pauses) is mandatory to claim damage or missing item.
If parcel is delivered with broken/tampered seal, the customer must not accept it.
Accepting a tampered parcel voids eligibility for compensation.
🚛 Shipping Charges & Delivery Variations
Delivery fee is calculated based on product weight + packing material + destination zone.
Gaushree reserves the right to revise delivery charges anytime without prior notice.
Courier charge variance due to system-based weight or logistics calculation will
neither be refunded nor additionally charged.
If the order returns back to origin even from a correct address, customer must pay re-shipping cost.
🔁 Policy Change Rights
Gaushree may update Shipping, Refund & Terms of Service Policies anytime without prior intimation.
📝 Customer Responsibility
Before dispatch, any request for:
✔ Address update
✔ Phone number change
✔ Delivery slot preference
✔ Product change
must be submitted before shipment is sent.
Once dispatched → no modification will be accepted.
Products purchased from Gaushree are for personal use only — not for resale/commercial distribution.
🚫 COD Refusal Rule
If a customer refuses delivery of a COD order after dispatch →
Gaushree may block Cash-on-Delivery option for future purchases.
📹 Proof Requirement for Claims
To process a complaint, customer must provide:
📍 Full unboxing video
📍 Clear photo/video proof of issue
Claims without proper proof will be rejected.
⚖ Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh (India) jurisdiction only.
