❌ Cancellation Policy
Customers must track their shipment using the tracking link sent via SMS/WhatsApp/Email after order dispatch.
In case of non-delivery, the customer must contact Gaushree immediately after the first failed delivery attempt.
Gaushree does not provide manual delivery status updates over phone or support chat for individual orders.
An order will be treated as completed/fulfilled if:
• The shipment returns due to incorrect or incomplete address, phone number or consignee name provided by the customer.
• The customer raises a non-delivery complaint after two delivery attempts have already been made.
In such cases, a cancellation fee equal to 200% of forward shipping charges will be applied.
Product images shown are indicative and may not reflect exact weight, colour or packaging. Customers should refer to product description before purchase.
💳 Refund Policy
If a refund is requested to a Bank Account / UPI / Card / Wallet, a 10% cancellation fee (including convenience + payment gateway fee) will be deducted.
The customer is responsible for providing correct address and contact details.
Any return caused due to wrong/incomplete details will attract forward + return shipping charges.
For COD orders returned due to refusal/non-availability/incorrect address, the customer may be restricted from future COD orders on Gaushree platforms.
No cancellation fee applies if the amount is refunded to customer's Gaushree Wallet/Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases.
If courier updates status as Delivered but the customer disputes delivery, the issue must be reported within 3 days of status update.
After 3 days, Gaushree will not be liable for refund/compensation.
If a customer refuses delivery after shipment dispatch:
❌ No refund will be issued
✔ Re-shipment can be requested with additional shipping charges
⏳ If re-shipment is not requested within a reasonable time, the order will be forfeited.
In case of manual refund to bank account, customer must provide correct and active account details.
Gaushree will not be responsible for failed refund due to incorrect information.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, including in cases where:
• Customer selects a shipping option outside the Gaushree system
• Delivery cost varies because of courier algorithm or product combination
For international orders, customers are responsible for Customs clearance and legal requirements.
If shipment is returned due to Customs delay/negligence, the order will be considered completed & no refund will be issued.
