In such unavoidable cases, India Post may be used as an alternate option.
Orders shipped through India Post may experience longer transit times.
Such delays are beyond our control.

💰 Shipping Fee Calculation
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
Total order weight (including packaging materials)
Delivery location & courier zone
Shipping slab visible at checkout
✔ Shipping charges are shown before order confirmation
✔ Any variation in courier cost will neither be charged extra nor refunded
🔄 Return Policy for Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears damaged, tampered, opened or crushed,
Do NOT accept the delivery. Simply return it to the courier on the spot.
If a customer accepts a damaged parcel:
❌ Gaushree.com will not be responsible for missing or broken items
✔ If the parcel is returned immediately, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost
🏠 Complete Address is Mandatory
An incomplete address may lead to delays or failed delivery.
Courier agents are not obligated to call for address clarification.
